GDPR Privacy and Cookie Law

Tiberina Solutions Srl has adopted company procedures and policies in line with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Reg. EU 2016/679), in order to ensure high security standards and rules allowing the proper processing of personal data.

The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is a European Union law and the most significant data protection initiative of the last 20 years. Its purpose is the protection of “natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data”, for example the user of a website.

Information provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.

Data controller

What data we process

• Browsing data: IP address, date and time of the request, page visited, browser and device type. They are recorded by the server for the operation and security of the site.
• Data you provide voluntarily: name, email address and content of the messages you send us through the forms or by writing to our email addresses.
• Job application data: the data contained in the CVs and communications sent to apply.
• Whistleblowing report data: the data provided through the dedicated external platform.
• Cookies and similar technologies: described in the cookie policy. You can choose which ones to accept from the cookie banner and change your choice at any time with the Manage cookies link at the bottom of every page.

Purposes and legal bases

• Allowing navigation and ensuring the security of the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Replying to the requests received (pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f).
• Assessing the applications received (Art. 6.1.b). Applications sent through a recruitment portal are also processed in accordance with that portal’s privacy notice.
• Handling reports (whistleblowing) through the dedicated external platform, according to its privacy notice and the applicable law.
• Non-technical third-party cookies: only with your consent, given through the cookie banner (Art. 6.1.a).

Recipients of the data

Data may be processed by technical service providers (hosting and site maintenance) appointed as data processors, and by third-party platforms indicated on individual pages, which act as independent controllers according to their own privacy notices. Data is not disclosed.

Retention

Data is kept for the time strictly necessary for the stated purposes and for legal obligations.

Applications not followed by a hiring are not kept longer than needed for the selection process, unless you give your consent.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing (Articles 15-22 GDPR) by writing to the contact details on the Contacts page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
